Our website offers high-quality Korean beauty products that are known for their gentle yet effective approach to skincare. We work directly with Korean skincare brands that use natural ingredients and innovative formulations. The key benefits of Korean beauty products are their emphasis on hydration and use of natural ingredients like plant-based extracts, green tea, aloe vera, and honey. Our products are carefully curated to ensure they are safe, effective, and gentle on the skin. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and support.

You can track your order by entering your order number and email address in the "Track Your Order" section of our website. Once you submit this information, you'll see the status of your order and a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's journey.

If your package has already shipped, you can click on the tracking number to be redirected to the carrier's website. From there, you can see the latest updates on your package's delivery status, including its estimated delivery date and any delivery exceptions.

Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

We ship throughout Germany, to Austria, Switzerland, and many other European countries!

 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping to Germany and Austria

Orders over €45 are shipped for free. Shipping costs €4.90 if your order is below €75.  Based on availability, each order, regardless of the order value, comes with free samples so you can discover and try new K-beauty products. 

The order will be shipped within one business day of order placement. 

Delivery time within Austria is the next business day after your order has been processed. For Germany the delivery time is 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination of the ordered products. Deliveries in Europe outside of Germany and Austria take 3 to 6 business days.

The following rates apply to the rest of the EU & Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland:

Free for orders over €90, and a standard shipping rate of €9.90.

Rest of the World

Standard shipping rate for the USA and Canada is 19,90€ with free shipping over 190€. 

Standard rate for countries not mentioned in our shipping policy will be charged with 29,90€. 

Your order will be ready within 24 hours (one business day) after payment confirmation. Our orders are shipped from our Warehouse located in Vienna. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@naraglow.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kaiserstraße 65/5, 1070 Wien, AUSTRIA

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
