WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping to Germany and Austria

Orders over €75 are shipped for free. For orders over €100, we also include a surprise gift. Additionally, every order, regardless of the order value, comes with free samples so you can discover and try new K-beauty products.

Delivery time is up to 2-3 business days after you have completed your order.

Shipping costs €4.99 if your order is below €75.

Black Friday orders may take an additional 2-3 days.

International Shipping

Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination of the ordered products. Deliveries in Europe outside of Germany and Austria take 3 to 5 business days.

Your order will be ready within 24 hours (one business day) after payment confirmation. Our orders are shipped from our Warehouse located in Vienna.

    This is where we will send your Nara order.
  4. Choose your payment method
    We accept credit cards, PayPal, and instant bank transfer. Complete your order, and we'll take care of the rest.

RETURNS:

Is there a problem with the products you received?

In the exceptional case that you receive the wrong product or it is in poor condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at help@naraglow.com. Our customer service will guide you through the process, ask you some questions about your order, and find a solution for your particular case - that's what we're here for!

To return your order, please write to us within 14 days of receipt at returns@naraglow.com. Please remember that we will only accept the return of your order if the products are in the same condition as when you received them: new, unused, and with the intact original packaging. If your order included a gift, a sample, or a free product, you must also return this along with the other unused or unopened products.

Once our team has verified the condition of the products, they will guide you through the return process. Once the goods arrive with us, we will refund the price of the merchandise. Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the processing and return costs of €3.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The credit will be issued using the same payment method you used and may take a few days to be processed depending on your bank.

Holiday season: For orders placed between December 1, 2022, and January 5, 2023, the return period is extended until January 31, 2023.

CANCELATIONS:
An ordered product can only be cancelled before shipment.

PROMOTIONS:
During promotional periods (Christmas campaign, sales, Black Friday, or other discount periods with free shipping or gifts for certain products), promotional codes are not valid or cannot be combined with other discounts.
Discount codes that give a discount on the price of a product do not apply to already reduced products and sets.
During a sale period, including 4 working days after the end of the promotion, Nara cannot guarantee delivery within three working days.

We estimate delivery within 3-5 working days after confirming your order, depending on the handling of our courier.

During clearance sales, Black Friday, and other advertising campaigns, delivery may be delayed by a few days due to the large number of orders being prepared. We thank you in advance for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
